Customer Relations Representative/Front Desk


– Answer all incoming calls

– Handle all reservations

– Welcome customers at the reception

– Assist in reaching the set target for field reservations

– Collect deposits and payments from customers

– Update and check the POS daily

– Handle customer complaints

– Perform daily transactions

– Assist the marketing and sales team


– Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Customer Relations, or any relevant field

– 2+ years of experience in Customer Relations- Excellent customer service and communication skills

– Highly motivated, determined, and target driven

– Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

– Fluency in Arabic and English.

– Monitor daily attendance, ensuring accurate records.

– Ensure the staff is aware of the schedule and briefed for the day’s activities, and performing their duties to the highest standards.

– Prepare and ensure welcome packages are distributed to their respective campers.

– Guarantee that the camp schedule is followed correctly, and that all activities are being done on time.

– Oversee transportation logistics, including bus routes, signatures, safety protocols, and scheduling.

– Manage the ordering, delivery, and distribution of meals, ensuring all dietary requirements are met and food is served promptly and safely.

– Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, reporting and resolving them quickly and effectively.

– Any other task related to the job and asked by the summer camp manager.


– Experience in operations management, preferably in an educational or recreational setting.

– Strong organizational and leadership skills.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, in both Arabic & English.

– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

– Flexible.
