Customer Relations Representative/Front Desk
Responsibilities:
– Answer all incoming calls
– Handle all reservations
– Welcome customers at the reception
– Assist in reaching the set target for field reservations
– Collect deposits and payments from customers
– Update and check the POS daily
– Handle customer complaints
– Perform daily transactions
– Assist the marketing and sales team
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Customer Relations, or any relevant field
– 2+ years of experience in Customer Relations- Excellent customer service and communication skills
– Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
– Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
– Fluency in Arabic and English.
